1. Data Collection

To operate Slasher Bot and this dashboard, we collect and store:

• Discord OAuth Data: Hashed user IDs, access tokens, usernames, and avatars to authorize dashboard configuration sessions.
• Guild Information: Guild IDs, channel list metadata, and server config records (such as Welcomer messages and Antinuke white lists).
• Infractions & Logs: User warning documents (user tags, moderator tags, reasons, and timestamps) and temporary AI chatbot summaries/memories to power chatbot interactions.

2. Use of Information

All data is used strictly to run the bot's features (such as sending welcomer cards, enforcing antinuke limits, tracking warning histories, and managing temporary text rooms). We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties.

3. Data Retention

We store configurations and warnings in our MongoDB cluster. If you kick Slasher Bot or request data deletion, you can contact us in our support server, and all server data will be wiped immediately.

4. Cookie Policy

This dashboard uses a cryptographically encrypted HTTP-only session cookie (labeled `session`) expiring after 7 days to store authorized sessions safely. We also use temporary state cookies to prevent CSRF attacks during Discord OAuth redirects. These cookies are required for authorization and cannot be disabled.
